Hello! I feel like I haven’t been on Tumblr in ages. My old laptop died a terrible death last month, and was running off an external hard drive and without any type of photo editing software at all. Right now, I still am not, but that’s more because I’m unemployed and broke rather than a lack of a computer. 

I’m writing a novel for NaNoWriMo this year and doing a photoshoot for my cousins during Thanksgiving. I was doing some plot work for my novel today and now I can’t wait to start writing it. 6 more days!

• Answer:

  Mostly just what resolution it scanned in, the reviews on how easy it was to use, etc. Plus, one of the photographers I follow on here had an older version of mine (Canoscan) and I’m a fan of Canon in general, so that ended up being what I bought. It works great :)
