Photography Love

Well the fair was fun. 

We went earlier in the day so I didn’t really get a chance to get any evening/night shots, but oh well, I guess. By that time I was exhausted, overheated, and sunburnt. haha. I dropped my Holga and the back came off, so the roll of film I had in there might be completely ruined. In fact, is probably completely ruined. :/ I also had olive garden mints in my purse I forgot about and they melted in there. Still have to clean that out :( 

But I did get some fun pictures and I’ll post them sometime soon. The boys were so cute to photograph, especially on the merry-go-round, and Celeste was the only one who would go on the Ferris wheel with me, so I took pictures up there as well. Overall it was a fun day, despite nearly passing out from the heat. :P

So…spent my birthday in San Francisco with the boyfriend and parents. There will be photos eventually, I am just tired and just barely got my computer usable again (power cord broke, had to order another from amazon). It was awesome though…there was a thick layer of fog above the city and the top half of the Golden Gate bridge was entirely shrouded. I really enjoyed taking photos today. I wish I knew where Photojojo was in San Francisco, would have totally checked in today. Every time I go to SF, I am overwhelmed by how huge of a city it is, but still want to live there someday. It might take me awhile to get there, but I do want to go. Just gotta focus on getting a job right now. 

Anyway…there was a couple at the View Point that asked me to take a couple of their pictures, and they had a Fuji Instax. I had seen them online and such, but had never seen anyone with them. I was pretty excited to get to use one since I’d been thinking about instant prints and how fun they’d be to play with. :D I was only slightly proud that I knew exactly what camera it was the second I saw it. :)

First time I’ve had true makeup on in a long time…for stage performance. And plus had people do it who know what they’re doing. Thanks to all who came to our performance! :D
